Broccolo fiolaro pesto
A delicate but characteristic pesto, based on fresh broccolo fiolaro from our garden. The method we study and define as "ambient" preserves the sweet-aromatic flavor of the small lateral shoots called "fioi" (children) that grow along the stem. Natural water treatment allows us to offer a safe and fresh product without any pasteurization.
