Peach compote
Obtained from sweet and soft peaches, harvested between July and September when the summer sun enhances their scent and juiciness. We process the fruit with little sugar to keep alive the full and round taste of the ripe peach, transforming it into a fresh, golden-colored and naturally delicious compote.
