Apricot compote

Our apricot compote is made with selected fruit, harvested from mid-June to late August, in our territory at the ideal moment of ripeness, when color, aroma and sweetness reach perfection. Processed with little sugar, it preserves the natural freshness of the fruit, enhancing its juicy pulp and authentic flavor.

Agrichef Marianna's tips:

Excellent spread on a slice of homemade bread, on rusks, or paired with a great yogurt for a healthy breakfast.
In tarts as a glaze on shortcrust pastry, then finished with almond frangipane.
Heated in a small pan with a sprig of rosemary, it can accompany pork or chicken.
To accompany creams, panna cotta, cream puffs, and donuts.
